Description

The main aim of this project is to examine the adherence of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) patients to Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) treatment and the effect of the treatment on patients‘ health related quality of life. The research studies the levels of depression or anxiety as well as changes in labour participation in OSA patients. We also focus on some selected personality variables which play role in both compliance with CPAP treatment, the level of perceived side effects and health related quality of life.
